My review is that before this course i knew nothing about IT AND WAS SCARED of this course support but now i have a passion for IT

It was a great course to learn the foundations of information technology and the many aspects of a computer, components, and such.

This was a very nice course. I learned so much and it is good for somebody that has no knowledge the information is so accessible.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT FUNDAMENTALS IS REALLY A COURSE WHICH HAS GIVEN ME THE CONFIDENCE THAT, I CAN PURSUE IT AS A NEW AREA OF STUDY.

This course felt like a fresh start! I leaned so much basic stuff that I know I will use in any IT job I will want to follow next.
