This is an amazing course to "reset" and really get focused on things that can help your overall well-being. This allows for you to commit to something and also helps you stick with it. The end results are worth it!

What a wonderful course. The lecturer made everything very clear, easy to understand and although some of the exercises were challenging, were useful at trying to nudge habits in a new direction. Highly recommended.

Good online content! Most lessons are very focused on previous studies, but some videos include interviews with other prominents in the field. I was thankful that those were mixed in to switch up the video content.
