Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

Believe it when you hear this is the most popular course at Yale. The professor is thoughtful, empathetic, and impactful. I have recommended this to my peers and friends and think everyone can benefit from it.

Excellent overview. Very well researched with lots of studies and support documentation. Instructor does an excellent job of presentation and the Q&A systems are well worth the time to gain additional insight.
