Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

I had listened to Laurie on the You are not so smart podcast and then I checked out the Happiness Lab site too. Doing this course was very good as it had structure and a rewirement project for actual practice.

A great course that explained everything so well! Sometimes we just need someone to tell us that those cheesy things, "count your blessings" and "get a good night of sleep" are huge factors in our well being.
