Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

There's great science behind this course, and the professor delivers! If you put in the work, you'll feel happier at the end of it, and will have built some actual life-skills (happy-skills). Highly recommend!

It´s an opportunity to increase your happiness levels, I took it during the cuarentine and it really helped me. I am very thankful for that. A great teacher and lots of practice make this course a great choice.
