Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

Learnt about how miswanting, mispredicting, mistrusting, misconducting ruins our happiness and well-being. And how to correct them developing healthy habits, social connections, meditation and mindfulness, trust and using Woop.

One of the best investments in my life. Helped to improve my family relations from 0 to 9. I believe people change if they want to but the change starts with you :) I highly recommend to have no hesitations taking this course.
