Great course! It really gives you all the data that supports the science and social experiments researchers haver done, and it provides very helpful tools to put into practice the things that bring happiness into your life.

This course was completed during the Coronavirus

Excellent, highly recommend. The lectures are interesting, the reading materials insightful. and most of all, the exercises are useful. This is a very proactive and interactive course yet manageable within a busy schedule.
