Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

Not only do I now know what will make me happy or fail to make me happy, but I have actually out it into practice and I am now happier. Wow! Laurie is a great teacher, she takes so many sources and makes them easier to understand.

Best course I have taken. Integrates research from many sources and puts it together as practical advice. And also then supports change by taking one through the rewirement for 4 weeks i.e. incorporating something you have learnt.
