Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

This course has helped me understand human behaviours and the sometimes false ideas we hold up to what true happiness and wellbeing means. It has also given me the tools to support myself confidently through the goal making process.

It's interesting from both a personal and a professional point of view. Baased on studies and scientific research, proves that happiness can be reached if we work on ourselves and our mindset. Laurie Santos is a fantastic professor!

A lot of science you will get. It wont be boring! It was very interesting to understand and wrong intuition to be called out!

Very helpful was WOOP, situation support and growth vs. fixed mindset! Loved it! Everybody should do it!

Loved this course! Cleverly combines psychological theory and habits to ensure research is embedded into everyday routine. Would recommend to anyone. My only concern is I paid for a certificate and haven't received this. Any ideas?

It gives valuable information about the psychology behind happiness. Offers practical exercises and the way to track them and structure the material in such a way that the participant can get into action in an almost automatic way.

This course was an eye opener for teaching about happiness. The things we see as important for happiness are not what we think. happiness comes from within and being disciplined enough to apply these rewirements to a persons life.
