Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

Life changing, well worth it!!! Such good information excellent class. I would say this should be a required class but I think it will only work for individuals that are interested. Everyone should want to take this class :)

I learned that I can take charge for my own happiness provided I have the discipline to follow through what I've learned and continue to apply them in my everyday life. This is such a wonderful course and I'm glad I took it!

Every day, we had enough bad news beyond our controls, shits happened, but this course can give some tools that brings you a peaceful mind and quality of life and appreciate how wonderful this world is. Highly recommended.

Very good course, where you learn and think a lot about what science says regarding what is important for happiness. But since knowing is not enough, the course gives many tools to start applying that knowledge to your life.
