This course is for anybody who are willing to get into IT Support or for those who want to polish their skills on regular basis.

I am really enjoying going through the material and learning all of the topics. I am excited to keep going and become certified.

Quite good I'd say , an easy course but has some important information which lays basic foundation of the Techonology around us.

At first I didn't know i wanted to jump into IT, but I learned a lot about IT and now I know for sure this is what I want to do.

Very good! The soft skills part was a bit longer than I would have liked, but the emphasis on good documentation is appreciated.
