An excellent introduction for those interested in knowing more about what, how, why, when and who as an IT Support Specialist.

During this course, the way in which this course was developed was very pleasant and motivating, an excellent way of teaching.

This is one of the most accessible course I've ever seen. the only problem was qwiklabs of windows were not accessible at all.
