Basic IT support course, where I learned about communication with the client, how to solve problems,metrics among others. Recommended

Lots of information and presented very well and organized. Information overload but teaches the fundamentals and you will learn a lot!

love it , it really reinforced a lot of prior material for myself and that was what i needed to take that next step in my young career

It was a great introductory course. It's more of like a warm welcome to the world of IT but not suited for many already exposed to IT.

this is amazing course its just the right lenght and alot of instructors so you really cant get bored and interesting information too.
