This course helps me to refresh what i learn in college as well as learn other things in IT support such as troubleshooting and others.

Loved it, a bit on the basic side in contrast with my experience but I did learn a couple of best practices hints. Excited to continue.

Explanations of how computers work and real world comparisons were very helpful and helped bridge some of the gaps in my understanding.
