This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This is one of those great courses that has a mix of all the good stuff. Great content, excellent resource person, fun activities. I have picked up great life-long habits like gratitude and meditating. This is a must-visit course for individuals who are deeply passionate about having a happier life but also keen on putting in the work for that life.

Exceptional course.

Before this course I was chasing my dog tail, and trying to do too many things. This lead to chronic sleep deficiency and associated all health problems. Thanks to Professor Santos course, I re-organized my self and now so much happier. Great course and excellent and engaging delivery of content. I will recommend this to everyone.

I am an engineer and I have always been a bit biased towards non-math sciences. I started the course with a prejudice in my mind and I struggled at the beginning. But after some weeks, things found their places and I really enjoyed the course. I applied what I learnt from the course into my daily life and I can say that it improved my life quality.

Dear Laurie I am quite grateful with you and with the course, you made it quite interesting and I already implemented fast walking and sleep meditation (normally I sleep 5 hrs and I want to reach 7 hrs in a near future).

Fantastic Course! Great sharing to empower others!

The only part I was not on the same page as is your view regarding social media. I believe we need to not resist it by having acceptance of it, then practice healthy engagement with it and teach our children how to have healthy management of it.

During this lockdown this course help me alot to increase my happiness which I think had reduced considerably during this situation.it develop a short of new approach towards things in life. This is a fascinating class, really enjoyed the experience. Learning so much about how our minds work, mis wanting, Gi Joe Fallacy, Signature Strengths, Flow, Growth Mindset.... there is so much more . Dr Santos is an outstanding instructor, the class had so much flow for me, I was really caught up in it. Highly recommend taking this course.

I loved this course. Laura Santos is clear and concise in her delivery of scientific research. For anyone questioning their own happiness or curious about happiness in general, I highly recommend this course. The challenge is to make ourselves the priority and find time to exercise, meditate, practice gratitude, sleep well and practice kindness!

Professor Santos is FANTASTIC! I have taken several online classes and Ms. Santos is captivating and extremely knowledgeable on the subject of well-being. Her positive attitude along with realistic views on how hard it is to change habits was refreshing. I have told several people about the class. Got a few friends to join me in taking this course.

Enjoyed this course a lot! I have always wondered about the science behind Happiness and this course has given me much insights into that. It was very interesting to see the different citations and references brought up in lectures as well, and I find the rewirements very meaningful as well! Such a great way to bring a positive practice into habit and learn the science about why this works to increase happiness and reduce the serious stress we all experience in day-to-day life. Completing this course during the COVID 19 pandemic really helped me keep a positive outlook on life and keep up with social connections, even from a distance.

I really needed some sort of a "Reset" in my life, especially during a global pandemic. It was great to learn how our minds can either hinder or help us achieve happiness. I was able to learn about habits that would help me be happier in life and put them into practice. Now I can say that those habits have created a foundation of happiness for me.

This course has been an eye opener, particularly when our lives have become caged within the walls of uncertainty and anxiety generated by Covid. The teachings on gratitude, meditation, savouring and living in the moment have definitely made the last 6 months easier to live through and I hope to incorporate these practices into my everyday life!!

It gives the younger generation a framework for building a happier and healthier life, it could help those in mid-life avoid a "mid-life crisis" and allow those nearing retirement a moment to pause and reflect on all the beautiful things still to come. Really great course with a great blend of scientific data and lecture. If you really want to find out how you can make small, thought out improvements in your daily happiness this class can help guide you! 10 weeks might seem like a long time but it really only requires 1-2 days per week of learning to get it done! I'd highly recommend to anyone.

I have completed the entire course, however it is stating it is only 99% completed. I reviewed it 6 times to see if there is any missed information, but all lessons show 100% completed. Thank you Laurie for creating this content and putting it out into the world for free! I love the theories backed up by science. It's what we all know we need to do but don't because of the annoying features of the mind. Nothing in life comes easy, and that is even true of happiness. It takes hard work, intention, and regular wellness practices.
