This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

I have been under the assumption that happiness, being a dynamic quality, can never be measured as such, or quantified like a materialistic existence. But I changed my assumption after going through this particular course, where for every finding is substantiated with enough research data. Kudos to the professor as well as to her team.

I really enjoyed using practical and science-based strategy to rewire my habits. This whole time I thought I was just broken and incapable of the level of self-improvement, but this course was truly an eye opening and life changing experience. I wished I could have just may one zoom meeting to meet other classmates and the professor.

This is a great course about the science behind what really leads to well-being compared to what we think is involved in that. Once you learn one does not actually contribute to well-being, you'll know what does and the second half of the course is about creating a new habit that will lead you toward more well-being. A fabulous course!

The course helped me understand how I am solely responsible for my own happiness and well being. To understand that I am in full control of creating and working through anxiety. I felt I was given valuable tools and techniques to help in the process of working through different levels of anxiety and/or depression created within myself.

I really enjoyed this course. If you really want to try and find out more about the real meaning and purpose of life this is the course for you. It helped me understand happiness better and how I am able to start with myself and change things for better as well as the others do the same with the knowledge you will get from this course.

I really enjoyed this class. I took it seriously and it helped me with a lot of personal decisions. I am retired but facing difficult choices and trying to determine their worth is no walk in the park. I am really glad I took it and on a personal level it helped me make a choice that I could be comfortable with. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this course to everyone! The lecturer is super engaging and she delivered her lessons with so much clarity and relevance. I loved the research-backed aspect of this course. She's a good communicator! The course was science-based and filled with loads of practical strategies for all of us to use and apply to increase our happiness and enhance our well-being. I've learned a lot; I have plenty of tools to use. My happiness measurement score will continue to slowly increase if I do the work. Thank you!

I think that I'd love to retake this course when life feels more stable and balanced. I think that all of the weeks are so helpful and I plan to keep using the ReWi app but I think the perspective of being out of a job during a pandemic puts a very different spin on results and the way we relate to the different steps to Happiness :)

Changed my mind. I stopped focusing on wrong targets such as awesome stuff, lots of money, good job aso. Now I focus on things, which really make me happy, e.g. savoring, gratitude, kindness, social connection, time affluence, healthy practices (exercise and sleep) and reflextion/meditation. Thanks a lot - highly recommended course!

It is a highly recommended course, both for people and students who work in the field of psychology or human sciences as well as for any type of person. The fact that the information, techniques and strategies in this course help you to improve your subjective state of well-being and happiness is a compelling enough reason to enroll.

This course is a wonderful experiment in improving the happiness of students who take the course. I learned a lot and the course is backed with good science. If you think you can improve your live, you should take this course. My main take away from this course was gratitude journaling and a small improvement to my overall happiness.

I didn't know what to expect from this course but I have to say that it has been wonderful week after week learning all these new tools to becoming a happier person. It takes patience and practice but I am positive I will be able to take some of the thing that I have learned into my daily life and be a happier person because of them.

This is an excellent, science-based, approach to increasing personal happiness. The lectures are informative and engaging. I especially liked that the lectures were recorded in person with a live class, because I find that this is much more effective in communicating ideas compared to when a teacher is reading a script to a camera.

The course really helps you to form healthy habits that you have been wanting to implement in your life, it teaches and encourages you to make the time, it teaches prioritising things that personally make you happy, it teaches that sometimes it’s okay to choose sleep over cramming for an exam, or seeing friends over doing home work.

It reinforced some concepts I have heard elsewhere (meditate, workout, be grateful) and introduced me to new concepts (taking time people on Bart. Still hard to believe but will try it). It was a life changer. I used to life live missing the important moments because I was so busy. Now I savor every day and enjoy life. I will never go back to not appreciating life again. My happiness level is so much higher than before. I am even teaching my two middle schoolers what I learned, I totally recommend this course.

This course has been truly fascinating. Not only did I learn a great deal of information about what drives happiness (I loved the lecture on neuroscience) but the course provided the tools and strategies to help identify and establish new habits. Prof. Santos is an engaging and relatable lecturer which made the course even more fun.

I can't thank you enough. While taking this course I did a few changes in all aspects of my life and my happiness and sense of contentment have drastically improved. As per the test we take my points were in around 5 which are ow bumped up by 3 points almost in all areas. Again thanks a lot for offering this course.
