This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This course was amazing!! I thought Dr. Santos was so easy to listen to; so relatable. The on-line navigations through the course were easy to accomplish. I leaned many valuable life skills that I have, and will continue to incorporate into my life, and share with others. I very much enjoyed this course, and thank you for sharing this course so widely!

This course provided me with a clear understanding about the scientific study of well being. I was able to realize that certain aspects of life I thought brought me happiness were actually decreasing my level of happiness on a daily basis. I was able to learn how to change my thinking and I developed skills for implementing new activities into my life.

I loved this course! One thing I found especially amazing was how my opinions about it changed throughout. At first, I thought it was going to be cheesy instagram quotes on happiness and it wasn't that way at all!!! The Science of Well Being and happiness is about living a fulfilled life. We all experience the good, bad and ugly of life. However if you know what really makes you happy and live life actively using that knowledge it will make the the journey a much more pleasant and beautiful experience. I want to live my BEST life starting right now where I am at.

This isn't like any happiness or motivational course which are plenty out there that keeps repeating motivational mantras and tell inspiring stories.
This course is science based which draws our human instincts and cognitive biases out to find how to make ourselves feel better. I really like that there are practical solutions and strategies to help us.

Amazing course! Everyone should take this course. It was so eye-opening, engaging and interesting. I learnt so much applicable information and I feel like I'm better able to show up in this world with the knowledge of ways that we sometimes get in our own way mentally and scientifically backed ways in which to overcome this and to be happy. I loved this course and highly recommend it. My happiness levels increased throughout the 10 week course as a direct result of the learnings and exercises/assignments. It was not overwhelming but challenging enough to make a genuine impact on my general wellbeing. Thank you for providing the opportunity to take this course, all the way from Australia!

This was one of the best classes I've ever taken. I am not college age (much older), and was apprehensive about all of the lectures. They were so interesting and so engaging. It was really nice to hear the college aged point of view as well. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone of any age! You could truly benefit from taking.

I enjoyed this course so much! I learned so much and have used what I've learned to forever change my way of thinking (rewire myself). I found the, annoying features, fascinating because we've all experienced them! I really enjoyed the rewirement challenge! This course is life changing if you are willing to do the work! Es un curso bastante enriquecedor que te brinda la oportunidad de no solo conocer la teoría, sino también de llevarlo a la práctica. This was an excellent course for anyone who would like to learn more about the mind and enhance their everyday well-being. Through the activities in the class I learned a lot about goal-setting and what actually determine's one's satisfaction at work and in life. You will be surprised at what you learn about yourself and the world through this course.

I am learning so much about myself- what my strengths are and how to use them to increase my happiness and satisfaction with where I am in life. Ms. Laurie Santos is a fabulous instructor- very engaging and personable. I love her style of teaching. It's like sitting in a friend's living room and learning more about each other. And I'm only in week 3!!

Thoroughly enjoyed this course. I have measured my level of happiness and I was practising different rewirement tasks each week. This helped me to build new healthy habits I could incorporate in my daily routine. It was a very active and engaging 10 weeks and I recommend it to anyone, who is looking to do some well-being activities in their lives.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learnt some practical and valuable lessons. I kept putting off the assignment as I thought it was going to be a massive task, the assumption I made from the way it was worded throughout the time I was doing the course. In actual fact it was more of a reflection exercise and far less daunting than I had anticipated.

I love the way the course is built on scientific research and evidence. I have a STEM education so it is important to understand how things work the way they do and the lecturer does a great job showing, explaining and reviewing the course contents throughout the course. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot with it. Thank you for making this happen.

Transformative and powerful! This may be the best way to ease into change ever. I've also now become a listener to Dr. Santos' podcast too! Check it out- the "A New Hope" episode proved to be so helpful for improving my exercise habits.

Very well done that has scientific data to support what we have proclivities toward that is not helpful for happiness, as well as what we should recognize and practice to attain higher levels of happiness. A wonderful, practical, and data-driven course with a great and easygoing instructor, on a user-friendly learning management system. Five Stars!

A course well worth your time. I really enjoyed that this course works to have you put your learnings into action while you are in the class. You are learning from leacture and doing experiements on yourself as you go along! Loved this course and I'm so happy that my friend recommended it to me! I have learnt many valuable lessons about what I THINK makes me happy vs. what ACTUALLY makes me feel fulfilled and contented. I am much more conscious of not making material purchases, but rather spending quality time savouring experiences and enjoying sharing them with others.
