This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

Laurie Santos is an incredible teacher. This class should be mandatory for EVERYONE. I LOVE the idea of teaching this to K-12 students. I have learned that it is so simple to start creating habits to live a life of true happiness. I have started teaching my children this, in hopes it catches on to create a generation of happiness in our family for years to come!

I can't say enough good things about this course. Laurie shares the science behind happiness and it truly gives you a different perspective on your own assessments. I always though of myself as a happy person however after taking this course my happiness has grown and I am more aware of the amazing accomplishes I have made and the wonderful people in my life.

El mejor curso que he tomado, y muy útil en estos tiempos de crisis sanitaria mundial. Laurie es una excelente profesora, todo lo que plantea lo hace con evidencias que apoyan sus ideas y siempre con la finalidad de aportar al bienestar de quienes tomamos el curso. Creo que todos deberíamos al menos conocer superficialmente la información que este curso entrega.

This was an awesome course. I will definitely refer people for the course. It was very eye opening and inspiring to learn about myself. To really think about my own happiness and well being. Also to know that I can change the outcome of my happiness and well being. Now will continue to take these tools I have learn and put them to use in everyday life. Thank you

It was not only a very informative and relevant course. I loved the lecturer and remained totally engaged for the whole time.
I have changed a lot of my routines, I have done more study and aiming at professional development.
I am still learning a lot from The Happiness Lab Podcasts and I do not hesitate to encourage others to enrol at science of well-being.

Loved hearing Prof Laurie Santos. She is very enthusiastic about the subject and that maked the course more fun. I leant such simple tools to create happiness that I know I will be able to use them long term. I really enjoyed this course and it has helped me so much. I think it's incredibly important that people focus more on their well-being and do as much as possible to be as happy as possible. The course exceeded the expectations I had from reading the description. The material and exercises were approachable, concise, practical and diverse. I would recommend to anyone remotely interested in the course description, as well as anyone with an interest in subjects such as personal development/growth, positive psychology, wellness, mindfulness, et cetera.

Slow paced and easy to implement good habits in daily life. I started with no expectations as I was not convinced that I can adopt the lifestyle changes. However, after going through the course, I must say I came out as a better person. Maybe I didn't manage to fully commit to all the good habits but nevertheless some improvement is made and I am happy for that.

I loved this course. It was so educational, so interesting, and so well-taught. The professor was very engaging and I learned so much information that I can actually put to use in my life. Additionally, I now know some of the science and psychology behind it, which is even more helpful in implementing these practices into my life and actually following through.

This course is the most relevant for every human being. A must if happiness is on your agenda. Don't wait for time before subscribing, because you'll be wasting your time like me and so many on things that unfortunately don't bring happiness. Instructing, not time consuming, this course is like a warm blanket of knowledge that I wish could wrap every one of us.

When deciding to take this course it felt like the world was crumbling and I was feeling very anxious about the Shelter in Place Order and COVID-19. This course gave me a new perspective on life and tools to better enjoy my life. I have already began incorporating what I've learned in class into my life and will continue to work on myself and my relationships.

Really enjoyed this course! Professor is really knowledgeable, friendly and explains things easily that you just want to know what she has to say next. Best part - it sticks! Truly improved my mood and happiness level during the course and learned new things that help me to stick to the new, good habits. Hopefully will be able to help also others to be happier.

I am very surprised about the content of this course and all the scientific research that was done up to now about the subject that goes from things that makes us happy and also how our mind works. The science of wellbeing is the best way to learn new strategies, tricks and habits to get in order to boost your happiness, everything backed up by science. Explained in a very simple entry level way, any one can do this course and have great results from it. Knowledge that will be useful YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. Everyone should do this course, it will surprise you.

I highly recommend this course. During these 10 weeks I learned the Science of Well-Being and more importantly how to put this knowledge into practice. Based on my own experience my well being score went up a just under a full point. I have been able to take what I've learned and share with my friends therefore increasing the well-being of those in my circle.

I have taken a few different courses on Coursera, but I can say with all honesty that this course is truly life-changing. Ten weeks went past before I even knew it, my happiness score went up by more than 100% and I've learned so much about psychology, as well as everyday use practices to make my life a happier one. I will definitely be rewatching this course.

I have done a lot of digital learning this year, but THIS course was by far my favorite! I loved the style of teaching/sharing ; the research supporting the concepts was on point and kept me reading for days but mostly I have found a difference in my quality of thinking and reframing resulting in a much happier me! I would recommend (and have) this course!
