Excellent introduction and understanding of the IT field and how all the different aspects and technologies work together to provide support for users.

Loved the course! It gave a lot of good pointers that will help you not only on how to understand computers, but how to assist customers better as well.

This was easy! I completed in a less than an hour and should be bread and butter for someone who regularly works in the IT and computer sciences field.
