Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

This is the coolest and most fun course with lots of learning to look forward to. I enjoyed each video and Assignment. The rewirements are so meticulously planned and are so intuitive, enhancing and creative for development of a new habit. Glad I completed the course.

Really learnt a lot regarding how to increase your well-being. I feel that what makes this course convincing is the research studies shared throughout the course which reflects accurately the behaviour of people and how those behaviour affects happiness and well-being

I love this course! I am so grateful for taking this course and learning so much about gratitude, mindfulness, savoring, and healthful choices that impact my life. Schools in this country need to teach this to our young minds. (K-12) This should be a mandatory class.

If you ever do one online course in your life make it the Science of Well-Being. During the process you will learn more about yourself than you imagined and how you can improve you happiness. There's more to happiness than just a smile and this course will prove it.

This course was an eye opener foe me as I learned to focus on the positive, and that merely knowing something doesn’t mean we put something into practice. I enjoyed the evidence based lectures and retirement challenges to change my mindset and behaviors. Great course!

I am really grateful to have found this course. I was already in a good place in my life when I had the chance to take this course, but going through the lectures and doing the assignments really hammered home the fact that I am blessed to lead a good and happy life.

Enjoyed the majority of course content & instructor very knowledgeable with good presentation. I didn't feel much of the subject matter pertained to me being retired. More relevant to younger people and/or people who need issues resolved. Would recommend to others.

Great course. The weekly practice exercises are a very effective method of learning (rewirements) the new skills. Nice mix of on-line lectures and reading materials. I really liked being able to go at my own pace. I continue to recommend the course to my friends.

The experience was great! At the beginning of this course, I expected to learn more and more about the science of well-being from a great university and with an amazing professor. I believe in lifelong learning and continuous transformation. This course gave me that!

Thank you for this excellent training. I'm almost 62 and I wish I've could have attended this training 40 years ago. That said, this training resulted in major shifts in the way a make (i think better and healthier) decisions. Could recommend this training to anyone.
