When I started the course, at the beginning of the pandemic, I was hoping to learn how to get through some of the worst days. The course went beyond what I expected. The lectures, the readings, the studies, have given me tools that I believe will help me going forward.

A must for people looking to make some significant meaningful changes in their lives. The principles explained are very simple and the course is structured in such a way that, one would be able to make at least one significant change in their life if they follow the course.

This course is very helpful especially during this time of pandemic. It allows me to revisit happiness again, but on a deeper and intellectual level. Professor Santos is very good at explaining studies, findings, models, etc. Her rewirements are very helpful and engaging.

Nothing overwhelming or technical here.
This is just a clear and concise course about one of the least clear and concise of human pursuits. It's definitely not a magic cure-all of self-help. It is just a nudge in the direction of understanding your own positive psychology.

I really enjoyed this course, I got a lot more out of it than expected. The Professor was very engaging and easy to relate to and to understand. It flowed really well and kept you interested the whole time.

Excellent course! Really enjoyed it. The professor was awesome, she really kept me interested and explained it all in a way I could understand.

The course was fun to listen to. I longed for interactions with the students and the professor but online courses are challenging in that way. Still, the material was manageable: the extra readings and the guests were also super important. A very useful course! Thank you!
