This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

Exceptional course that helped me understand the reasons why rewirements work.
Well structured with a variety of delivery styles and extra reading for those who wanted to find out more.
The tutor was very personable and encouraged and facilitated learning well.

The Science of Well-Being was a really great class. I was able to work on it on my own, flexible time-table and the lessons involved are very real and impact our lives. This class taught me some invaluable lessons that I have incorporated into my daily life in the last 10 weeks.

You will really enjoy this course, especially how Prof Santos structured the lectures, all flowing with repetition and curiosity, last-present-next, please. :) The best comes at the end, the rewirement weeks, and reading/grading your coursemates work -- so inspiring so positive!!!

Laurie really left me with some great tips on how to improve my well-being. Even after the class, I started implementing things such as the gratitude journal and savoring things so I really enjoyed this class. I recommend everyone take this class no matter if you are happy or not.

Loved it - learnt a lot and have and will keep changing to maintain my wellbeing - thanks to the wonderful tutor Prof Laurie for keeping me engaged and motivated ! I think everyone needs to understand miswanting as a concept if you want to be happy in life and maintain optimism.

Course helped me re-examine my life. Re-evaluate what I thought I had to have into needs and wants. I've been trying to want less, need less, in essence Marie Kondo my life, my house etc. This course helped kickstart that process. I was overwhelmed and hadn't known where to begin.

This was the best 10 week class I've taken in years. Its caused me to create better daily habits and understand myself and my goals with much more clarity. The instructor is very engaging and the data is fascinating! I'm beyond grateful someone encouraged me to take this class!

Superb design. Stimulating lectures and smartly-built modules that follow a strong, compelling development. The exercises are all valuable and rewarding. The instructor is charismatic and endearing. The ancillary app for tracking progress with "homework" challenges is very useful.

I did hesitate spending 10 weeks for the course in the beginning but hey this is worth it. Nothing can be a bigger priority than our well being, and how we live our day to day lives. I am even considering purchasing certificate. Good luck with the course. You are going to love it!

I absolutely loved taking this course as it is extremely interesting. The mentor is engaging and based all of her lectures in results from researches. Besides, some extra materials, papers are available. Additionally there are also plenty of reading, and TED Talk recommendations.

I was surprised how much I managed to increase my happiness levels after doing this program. I am 57 and know I am never too old to learn or become a better person - this course helped me along the way during an extremely stressful & difficult time in my life. Highly recommended.

Loved this course! It was a fun approach to learning something that I normally put in more of a spiritual light. Some of the knowledge that I gleaned from this course will be carried with me for the rest of my life. To me, that makes this course definitely worth my investment.

A lot of people might think this course teaches you basic 'how to be happy' tips that everyone knows by instinct. It actually teaches you much more than that, and I'm sure you'll be surprised to find out about many things you thought would make you happy that actually hardly do!

The course provided with an immense knowledge of various aspects that influence our well-being. The mentor is so good in her explanations. The activities were also very easy to understand and were effective. Overall, this course is a must for at least people pursuing psychology.

Excellent course
Most people (including me) just ignore the fact that the most important asset that we have is ourselves. This course teaches you how to manage your time in a better way, how to be grateful, and change your life in a way that you just enjoy every moment you have.

I learned that what I thought was mostly out of my control--my happiness, is actually within my control. I can make small changes to my life and celebrate what makes me truly happy. And, along the way, I might bring that joy to other people around me. Fascinating and so helpful.

Loved this course! Helped me to implement new habits, and spend time focusing on habits that I already have but have wanted to spend more time on. Learning from the course that spending time on those habits can lead to an increase in happiness makes the time spent well worth it!

I really enjoyed this course. It was well organized, interesting, informative, and practical. I liked the way so much current research in Positive Psychology was brought into an easy to consume format. I will use this information for myself as well as with my clients. Thank you!
