I thought this was a great introduction into the IT realm. I had some basic understanding of the topics but I learned a lot in each section.

it was very nice course, all are clear and easy. thank you for this course it really helps getting started to technical support fundamentals

A really good review of the basics. Definitely good for someone with little to no tech experience, this will give you what you need to know.

This course is great for those are new to the IT field, if you are needing this certiftication, or even to sharpen or refresh known skills.

I learned many new things from this course like how to assemble a CPU, what is network, OS , softwares etc. It was really a good experience.
