Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

Excellent course. It did increase my personal wellbeing. I really liked the lecturer and the way she delivered the course. The literature she referenced is very current and widely sourced. There is a bit of homework each week which I found enjoyable.

I loved this course and am very grateful that I was able to take it. Laurie Santos is an excellent teacher, the course is quite well structured, with very complete content, and above all with teachings that are the basis for a happy and satisfying life.

Amazing! I heard Dr.Santos from my professor Dr.Schachner at UCSD, she was working as an RA in Dr.Santos's lab back in college at Yale, and I googled and find this happiness class in Coursera...I will rewatch those lecture again, and take some notes :)

Thank you for everything. I really enjoyed every minute. I have learned so much and really recommend it to everybody. Super interesting course with an awesome professor. So sad it is finished after 10 weeks but the impact will hopefully last forever!!!!

What a great and insightful course! Everything is clear and direct to the point. The professor is very engaging, well-spoken, and very knowledgeable. The lessons are easy to follow, and the assigments are relevant to the topic. I recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely loved this course and I think that I can say that with clear objectivity in that the course material was well organized, the lessons were all relevant, and the perspectives offered were broad enough to cover what bases needed to be covered.

I enjoyed the course because it helped me understand so many misconceptions about being happy and satisfied with YOUR life and not comparing it to someone else's life. Always find ways to be grateful for what you do have have instead of what is missing.

Choosing to take this course during this tough time was one of the best decisions I've made. If I wasn't practicing gratitude and mindfulness my stress levels would have skyrocketed. I'm very appreciative of this course. The insight gained is priceless.

I could not recommend this course more. Even as a young teenager, I have learned so much about myself and how to make healthy habits that benefit myself. Everyone from pre-teens to elders should check out this course; there is always something to learn.

This course gives you the information and tools to develop new habits to improve your well-being. It also helps realising and adding some value to what you already have in your life, which is sometimes taken for granted. I totally recommend this course.

Rey useful course. I decided to take it when self isolation started due to covid19. Articles are interesting. Personal evaluations on strengths and well being were useful. the 4 week assignment was also a good tool to reinforce the learning from class.

I enjoyed this class and the material immensely! The only thing that i wish was different was the final assignment. I would have liked to have gone into more detail with my summaries on each point to further convey how much i learned with the material.
