This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

I really enjoyed how Laurie used examples and scientific facts to create a framework that would allow anyone to be happier . I have found that by being happy in life, it transcends into the workplace and others feel the new positive energy. People tend to trust you. Trust is the biggest currency of life.

The professor is very engaging. Just from listening to her I can tell that she understands a lot about the information she is giving us. From all of her tips to all of the scientific data, this class really helped to give me tips to better myself and gain a better perspective view of the world. 10/10 really enjoyed.

So far, it has been the most useful course I have ever taken. Laurie Santos manages to bring in all the empirical research about concrete elements and strategies that make up true happiness. Most importantly, the "homework" (which I will be doing after the course ends) is both feasible, engaging, and life changing.

I really loved this course! Lots of interesting findings to think about. And it's great that the course is so practical. I started it when there was quite a complicated, not-that-happy period in my life, and after several weeks of practicing what the course teaches, I felt much better. Thank you Laurie for your work!

This is an extremely useful course that helps tech you how to build happiness boosting habits in your life. Easy to follow and helps you try out and create new habits as you learn the reasons for doing so. Not very time consuming to spend 10-15 min or so a day and complete the course in 10 weeks. Highly recommended!

Great Course! Full of concrete, evidence-based practices that can integrated into daily life. Many courses offer information and perspective but few offer the tangible tools that really make a difference. This course offers exactly that, and the support and guidance to implement them. This course has been monumental for me in a time when I needed happiness and overall well-being the most. I have acquired some much needed insight and strategies to setting myself up for a overall better way of living and approach. The lesson/lectures were very relatable and spot on to what I was looking to achieve.

I really enjoyed this course. I already had some tools in regards to finding substantial happiness this course just added to what I already know. It was a great way to reflect on what works and why it works and the science behind it. Loved the course, easy to understand and the videos were very well done! Great job!

This was the first Coursera course that I took and I was not sure what to expect but this was a great experience. Dr. Santos was very engaging and for an online professor that's quite impressive. I can honestly say this course exceeded my expectations.

This may be the first course but for sure will not be the last.

Very worth your while! This course is for you if you want your habit to change within 10 weeks. You must have the dedication, time, and commitment so that you may accomplish an achievement with this course. This has personally helped me ensure to get myself through during these hard times. This course covered everything I expected and then some! Some of the things discussed such as meditation, exercise, and gratitude I was familiar with but getting exposed to the imperative nature of social pressure and environmental conditioning has helped me build strong positive habits that sustain my higher self!

Excellent way to systematically work things into your life to make you happier. Also interesting to learn the science behind things. If you are a little time crunched like me, the great thing is that you can listen to the videos at 1.25 or 1.5 speed and be able to take everything in. Thank you Laura for the course.

A very well structured and orientated course. A lot of provocative thinking involved. Loads of information on the psyche and how to manage issues. Well-being is not a given, it has to be managed to a level of acceptance and feel-good. This course meets many if not all objectives that arise. Thank you. Best wishes.

Es un curso extraordinario, te muestra que  ser feliz es más fácil de lo que imaginamos, solo tenemos que darnos cuenta que la felicidad no es un puerto de llegada, la felicidad es el camino que recorremos día a día,  y como lo vamos interpretando  es lo que va a hacer la diferencia entre estar Feliz o no estarlo.

I really enjoy the course. It helps you to find out the thinks you should change in order to have a healthier happy life and gives you some tools the improve your habits.

This is not a hippie theories coourse, it shows you real evidence obteined in a bunch of studies of prestigious neuro-scienties and psycologist.

There are so many useful tools in this and its really practical. The videos are easy to follow no matter what walk of life you are from. I don't have a degree and I'm dyslexic and I found it so engaging and I got a certificate so yay. I highly recommended it. Laurie is a great teacher, now I want to keep studying.

I very much enjoyed the course and the instructor. Given the crazy world right now with the Pandemic and the riots, it was nice to have a class that was designed for happiness and to help teach us things that maybe aren't common sense. Thanks to Yake and to Laurie Santos for providing this very timely information.
