The Science of Well being is a wonderful course where you really learn the ways to make yourself happier.Short videos and Interesting content. Professor Laurie Santos is a wonderful teacher.

Im just a few weeks in and I love how simple and to the point the it is. As long as you maintain the journal and follow up thoroughly its a good study of well being and makes you feel better
