This is the perfect course to take while in the midst of a pandemic. Understanding how to overcome hedonic adaptation was especially helpful to me, as well as the wellbeing rewirement exercise.

Lectures were broken up into short videos and were extended over a few weeks. I really liked the structure of the class, the information shared with us, and the method of information delivery.
