The course was very practical and real. Although the peer-graded assignments and review can be difficult for beginners. Some of the concepts are hard to grasp for people who have no finance knowledge

Excellent course! Love how Nancy teaches actual scenarios and allows you to get a glimpse of being a product management. She is so engaging :) Really happy to have discovered this certification.

Maybe it was me missing some things but the questions in the exams sometimes were not related to what had been taught during the course. The videos definitely didn't enable me to KNOW the answers but I had to google a lot and struggled answering. Maybe that's the purpose but would be great to be tested on things discussed during the course.

Nancy makes lots of assumptions about the student that affect the delivery of the material. She goes through the material quickly, which isn't bad. This should be viewed as an introduction to concepts course, not a 'now I know how to do it' course.

I think more in-depth review on the financials piece would have been good. The quiz questions are kind of confusing- some answers could be right, but then are marked wrong.

Need a senior instructional designer. The quiz questions often asked questions that were not clearly explained in the lessons. The lessons really need better structure- it was very confusing to understand what EBITDA was, the explanations of most of the financials were not clearly laid out. Google does an excellent job of designing their Coursera courses and their course materials. I'm sure she is a very knowledgeable, but being knowledgeable and being able to design instruction are not the same. It was hard to get through this, because it lacked clearly defined objectives which should have then systematically detailed in the lessons. There should have been some type of hand outs or cheat sheets that allowed the learner to have the learning encapsulated. There were not enough examples (CLEARLY laying out how to do the thing Nancy had just covered), there were no worksheets or other items that a learner could use to reinforce their learning. I have no artifacts from the two parts of this PM certification, so nothing tangible to refer to or to reinforce my learnings. I had tons of artifacts after I finished my last Coursera Google certification. Disappointing.

less information compared to the first one. not covering much depth and definetly not useful if this is your first time with these concepts.
as a note, there is also a whole lesson about 'addicting your users' which while i understand the business idea behind it should really be thought through again. If not removed, at least present a counter idea beyond 'it is morally gray'. it is not gray. it is dark.
