Too much detail and not enough examples or labs. Also, the labs you get are out of date.

Focuses on procedures and doesn't provide context on what is being done. You're likely going to tune out in few minutes.

A disgusting learning experience.

This course has a lab project named:

- "Lab: Configuring an Internal Load Balancer" / Week 2.

In this lab in Task 3 "Configure instance templates and create instance groups" there is paragraph no. 11:

- "For utility-vm, click SSH to launch a terminal and connect. If you see the Connection via Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy Failed popup, click Retry."

So during the lab, I got this exact error "Connection via Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy Failed" and my whole lab got suddenly TERMINATED and WITHOUT any explanations whatsoever. I did not care much about it yesterday because whatever, errors happen.

But today, when I logged in to my Coursera account and started one of those labs related to the "Google Cloud" course provider, I suddenly got an ACCOUNT BLOCK WARNING message. It was saying something:

- "Your last lab has been terminated blah-blah-blah IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN WE WILL BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT".

So as a legit learner, who has invested quite some time and effort on this platform, I want to know:

1) Why in the world does Coursera allow individual course providers to threaten account blocks and treat learners' time and effort investments like some kind of trash?

2) Why after following these "lab instructions" of a BROKEN and BUGGED lab project I am getting an EXACT error that this "course provider" has LITERALLY specified on a lab page, then my lab gets terminated, and then I'm getting an ACCOUNT BLOCK WARNING?

Are you people serious? If anything, you are demonstrating disgusting behavior and huge disrespect toward your learner's audience.

How can I continue studying with you? When you are literally telling me that any smallest error (including those caused by YOU in YOUR broken system) is going to get my account blocked and all of my investments and achievements nullified?

And again, why my account is getting flagged with YOU, because of YOUR errors in a TRAINING LAB, and quite literally no wrong-doing from MY side? What is going on?

With angry regards.

Why don't you allow to go back to refer again on something that has been learned earlier?
