I found that Mr. Barnard's personality truly shone throughout the entire course. His enthusiasm, approachability, and passion for the subject created an engaging and welcoming environment. This made the course not only enjoyable but also enriching, especially for someone like me, who, jokingly speaking, is 'as old as the dinosaurs.' It´s a true fundamentals course as it covers the basic techniques and elements of sales while providing detailed enough information on those. It´s well balanced between superficial and detailed.
