The voice of the host of the course is a bit monotonous but the content is good so it kept my attention focus throughout the whole course. Recommended course

A lot of the reading material is not found or it needs a subscription. The content in the course is good but I feel the way presented is old-fashioned, academic rather than practical. Even with this, I will recommend the course as there is value in it.

Some of the links to readings were expired or didn't work. The peer review wasn't regulated, as I got reviews from people who obviously had no grasp on the assignment and didn't grade according to the rubric.

AI grading does NOT work.

Maybe my expectations were too high after some of the other courses here. The teachers talk way too much about themselves and their university, than about the topics of the course. Instead of well prepared and interesting to listen presentations from their university courses you only see the teacher talking, or they only reference other online articles and TED talks. The peer assignments and tests are close to a joke - I even got my own homework in the peer rating process and so far all the test questions were so generic you could answer them without any reading/listening. Not sure if I finish this course.

It isnt a very helpful course for a sales person. Doesnt talk about tactics or management. Very basic and theoretical one.

Very frustrated with this class. I've done several Coursera classes and have never had such issues. The peer review is ridiculous. I'm told I failed an assignment in week 4, but it doesn't let me see my submission for review or to resubmit. It took several weeks to get it graded. I honestly don't think it was ever reviewed. I submitted this in the discussion forum with no answer, and there is not way to ask Coursera, just frequently asked questions. I'm cancelling!

It should be reviewed by the TA or professors of this course. The reviews which I have got from any other students were not consistent and lack of reading or caring. Without structure and honest feedback, how can I know if my work is good or bad? Or how many times will I have to redo into to pass the course?

This course is bad, it is mainly an ego-trip made by teacher talking about them and brainwashing to look for validation. I have a swiss governemental diploma in sales and retail management so I know what I mean.
