Baskerville has done consulting work for NASA, The Legal Sales and Service Organization (LSSO), and Springboard-Partners. She has also worked as marketing manager for ClubMom, Incorporated. Prior to joining the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, Baskerville was an instructor at Tulane University where she taught undergraduate business classes.
