Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer science fiction. It is rapidly permeating all industries and having a profound impact on virtually every aspect of our existence. Whether you are an executive, a leader, an industry professional, a researcher, or a student - understanding AI, its impact and transformative potential for your organization and our society is of paramount importance. This specialization is designed for those with little or no background in AI, whether you have technology background or not, and does not require any programming skills. It is designed to give you a firm understanding of what is AI, its applications and use cases across various industries. You will become acquainted with terms like Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Neural Networks. Furthermore, it will familiarize you with IBM Watson AI services that enable any business to quickly and easily employ pre-built AI smarts to their products and solutions. You will also learn about creating intelligent virtual assistants and how they can be leveraged in different scenarios. By the end of this specialization, learners will have had hands-on interactions with several AI environments and applications, and have built and deployed an AI enabled chatbot on a website – without any coding.
Course is satisfactory and creative way of new method of teaching process that helps every one to understand theoretically and provides hands on online lab practice session with various IBM tools.
A good introduction to the capabilities of generative AI, I recommend this to anyone that is curious or interested in the subject of generative AI and its real world applications
This course was an eye-opening introduction into the power of prompt engineering and how strategic inputs can drive more accurate, creative, and relevant responses from generative AI models.
It is great platform to learn Ai powered Chat bots with out programming with Watson Assistant .I really enjoyed my way of bulding chatbot its a great experience learning through coursera.
great course . i study A.I but the university never told me important information about A.I as you did .everyone should start taking coursera it gives extra information but also very fundamental
This was such an amazing course. This course changed everything I knew about the AI. After this course my knowledge with regards to AI and it capabilities changed significantly.
Excellent course that brings clarity to the new world of Artificial Intelligence. I needed to understand why AI was so important and now I know! Thanks IBM and Coursera.
Deep thank you to instructor Antonio Cangiano, it was wonderful learning experience. Highly practical where some concrete output is accomplished! Thank you very much again.
Interesting course with a good overview of the basic concepts involved in the intro to AI. A few components could have used some more detail. Like how the AI ethics portion was given equal importance
Very good Into to AI, with in depth descriptions of GenAI tools and their fields of application. Hands on exercises to consolidate knowledge and create contextual text, audio and video.
Me gusto mucho, es muy entretenido y me resulto de gran ayuda todos estos consejos que claramente pondre en practica. GRACIAS COURSERA Y SENATEC :)
Love the course from core of my heart . Very helpful and learnt lot of various terminologies used in building chat bots. Finally created chat bot without programming . That's Cool !

I found this course very approachable and informative. My background is in psychology and I was able to follow along and complete the course. I now feel much more aware of the current state of AI.
DId not feel like a course, just like a bunch of articles strung together.
It was pretty good, except that the final assignment was impossible to complete because the specific IBM Watson tool that you use to create your final piece of work was changed from free to paid a couple of weeks ago and the team has not yet found a way around this.
It was really an amazing introduction to Artificial Intelligence course with lot of discussions that matter a lot in this field for learning more and more applications of Artificial Intelligence.
The course design is excellent specially for beginners to study and understand the basic concepts in Artificial Intelligence. The lessons and course material are perfect and apt for this course-level.
This course content was wonderful. I have learned more idea of A.I. with the latest applications. I wish to move forward with an A.I. career. Thank you for such an excellent certification course.
It's an excellent course for beginners. My suggestion is that the course should talk about the failures of AI to date. I recognize that data collection is still a big issue, and that AI will not work as robustly with limited data. That was the experience that IBM had in implementing Watson in the healthcare field. There are stumbling blocks (which people should be informed about) and challenges ahead. Thank you.
This introduction course is a great way to start your way in the AI world. It gives some advice that will give an idea to newbies on what to learn particularly they recommended to learn math and stat.
This course absolutely helped me a lot to understand the basics of artificial intelligence, the hand-on labs are extremely fascinating to learn practical things on IBM Watson
Thank You, Coursera...!!!
This is an excellent course for the beginners who want to know about AI primarily. The course will help the beginners by giving an initial concept about AI. The quizzes are nicely decorated here.
Too many bugs. Most Assignments are not in sync with which is being taught. Few videos do not open even after finishing the course.
more of opinions only
no women featured :(
This Course is Very much Beneficial for the Beginners.
In particular introducing Mr.Tanmay Bakshi & Mr. Polong Lin and sharing their Knowldge and Expertise is worth notable.
Thank you IBM AI Team!
This course was so interesting. I have actually visioned a little robot i can communicate with. I think I will take this a step further and explore more with AI.
Very helpful to gain fundamental overview knowledge about AI, however I do think the course overly emphasizes on the services provided by IBM Watson.
Great Module to understand basic AI & how it will be useful . Watson lab was worth doing, it very interesting how AI is classifying the object in picture. Will be doing next module shortly.
I think if we are talking about Introduction this course is pretty good but as far as AI is a concern it is just a sample.
My name is Jose Antonio. I am looking for a new Data Scientist career ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/joseantonio11)
I did this course to get new knowledge about AI as a Coursera Beta Tester and Mentor, and better understand the technology and your practical applications.
The course was excellent and the classes well taught by the Teachers.
Congratulations to IBM, Coursera and Teachers.
Regards
Very beginner level, but the interviews were very good
