I absolutely enjoyed and learned a lot about happiness from this course. I will definitely recommend it to my peers, as it gets me to the core from my misconceptions to developing the right practices.

I'm very pleased with the choice. Maybe the course didn't give me a lot of new things, but it's nice to hear about the scientific explanation and try to be more happy.

There is no way you wont be changes after completing this course. Very eye opening. Should really be taught to preteen/ teenagers; as it has many helpful life skills.
