The Expert Decision Maker Capstone is the culminating experience of the specialization. In this course, you will apply the complete decision-making lifecycle to a single, high-stakes project. You will integrate the foundational “Thinker” skills of framing and values clarification with the “Maker” skills of strategic synthesis and quantitative modeling. Using AI as a provocation partner and analytical engine, you will document your process from the initial problem definition through a concrete, risk-mitigated implementation plan. The result will be a professional-quality portfolio piece that demonstrates your ability to make and implement well-reasoned decisions under uncertainty.
