The course is very entry level friendly, which is super important for folks even with experience! This course helped fill in some blanks regarding the history of networking, as well as teaching me that binary isn't as complicated as I originally thought it was. Definitely enjoying this course so far.

I can not express how much this course has already done for me. It has started some new things in me that I know will take me far in the IT world. There are already avenues I've decided to take. I enjoyed learning about the basics of computers: the history, hardware, software, a small bit of networking, troubleshooting, and your job as a IT support specialist. A lot of this knowledge is a refresher but it is always good to relearn and review what you know especially as technology is advancing.

I love taking this first module. I learn a lot of new things. The videos were short which is always very nice for people like me who suffer from ADHD. Week Number 6 was more about soft skills, so unless you are a complete beginner when it comes to it, I'd suggest skipping it and do the quizzes instead.

This is an awesome IT related course, This course designed to help the student who is interested in IT but from different backgrounds. I am interested to learn more. I will practice more and read more to improve my knowledge. This is the perfect platform to learn about the Technical Fundamentals issue.

Indeed, this is a very valuable course. Here, from the history of the computer, hardware software and how to do computer issue troubleshooting and customer care were clearly explained. Also, this is a valuable course, which facilitated joining several quiz questions and lab tests. Thank you very much.

Even thouogh I found this course to be very much a review of knowledge I already knew with excption to the coursework involving linux it was presented in such a way that it made the learing process very easy. If you or anyone you know is interested in a carrer in IT this course is the right way to go.

This course gives a good overview of IT support fundamentals. It touches on the framework that is the structure of the IT profession. With labs so that you can put the things you learn into practice and scenarios that are realistic, you will learn how to not only solve problems but how to help people.

It was such an inspiring journey this entire course, to see how many different people were somehow impacted with technology and how do they manage to become awesome professionals, it all inspires me to go on and on!

I guess this course gives an overall idea about the computer science background and its possibilities. I would strongly suggest this course who wanted to learn about the computer or IT. I am in the 4th year of my college but I find this really interesting, I hope others may find this interesting also.

I have no complaint about this course. It was more than I expected. the Videos and the scrip makes it easy to go back and make sure you understand the material. I feel very confidant about the level of information I receive. I am looking forward to take the next course. Thank Google and courser.

Amazing course with amazing teachers. Everyone entering the world of IT should definately go this route as it opens up the world of IT in a short span of time. People with no knowledge of IT will come out with the bare basic knowledge of IT and this will help them grow in knowledge and their career.

This course is excellent for those who would like to learn the basics of IT and would like to broaden their knowledge. I enjoyed seeing videos from multiple instructors who actually work in the field. I really loved seeing people of coloring achieving or having achieved what I striving for right now.

Great course to take if you are looking to change careers! Very great instructors that explain everything very well and really engage your learning. I love the quizzes and supplemental reading opportunities. Being able to test out the skills your learning in a virtual environment is also a huge plus!

Very interesting concept, I really enjoyed doing this course. The deadlines prevented me from procrastinating, the in-video popup questions were amazing, because it reminds me to pay attention to the course content and not get distracted. I love the idea of it and the content was delivered perfectly.

For beginners it's great to be able to get your feet wet and learn some of the basics in order to pursue a career in the IT field. It's at your own pace and you don't feel overwhelmed while taking this course which is extremely important for someone like me who struggles with balancing work and life.

It's my first ever online course. I had the opportunity to renew my fundamental IT knowledge. Instructors were good and their speech is so clear and understandable even I am not a native speaker. Looking forward to continuing this learning journey with this fabulous course provider to my expectation.

I knew some of the information, but I find this course very valuable in helping a person learn even more useful information to work in the IT profession or just help an individual learn the fundamentals to building their own computer/network and installing and maintaining different operating systems.

This course covers the basics to give you an elementary understanding of what an IT technical support specialist needs to know. It isn't as detailed and in-depth as CompTIA A+ in regards to the IT hardware side of things but it is a great starting ground for those looking to learn the basics of IT.

This was a great course to start in since I currently do n ot work in IT, it was great for me to learn the basics and build a foundation. I truly enjoyed it even more than attending school online because of the videos and instructors. It makes you feel like you are in an actual classroom. I love it!

Really good introduction to the technical support world. Some topics covered were really basic for me but I would imagine it needs to be approachable to people without any knowledge in IT. Really enjoyed the personal stories from Google team - I would love to be one of them in your future courses :)

This is an excellent stepping off point into the role of an IT Specialist.

I found the history, and technology terminology and the presentation of all this course material excellent.

I highly recommend this to anyone looking to obtain an education in IT without paying a fortune for college classes.
