I don't think I should have to wait on a peer reviewed project for a final grade in this class.

I should not be held back in progress, time, or money because I have to wait for peers to review assignment. It's also very confusing to find where and how to review this assignment for peers.

I was not a fan of the peer review. I’ve spent time and money on this course and that is not acceptable as a form of completion.

Loved the course! It is simple to follow along with. For the final course project assignment, you just plug in the answers to the template they give you, so there is no guessing game on the format. The only thing that I would change is for them to offer a longer version of the course, and by that, I mean to have the course content spread out over an additional two weeks to the already existing 4 weeks. For people like myself, I like to take notes to help retain what I've learned and that makes watching the course videos longer, and in turn, finishing the course longer.

I enjoyed this course. However, I disliked having to use Google Docs for written assignments and having to wait for my certification of completion until someone peer-graded my assignment. I would omit that for future classes. The purpose of doing this through Coursera was to move at my own pace and complete on my own time as slowly/quickly as I wanted. That being said, I look forward to the other classes for the HRCI. I am learning a lot of wonderful information. :)

It was a very well crafted course. It covers a wide range of topics. Although it is already very well structured, there is always a room for improvement. In my opinion, having more smaller yet practical assignments would make it an even more comprehensive course. For example, employer branding was among topics for which these small and practical assignments can be added.

I truly enjoyed myself. Once you receive the certificate, you feel a sense of belonging. You feel like you really accomplished something. Once I finish the next certification on Labor Relations, which should be coupled with the Talent Acquisition, I will put both certifications with my Criminal Justice degree, and start applying for jobs in Labor Relations.

The only issue I would like to point out is during course when the virtual instructor was talking, some of the text below was misspelled or out of context. For example, at one point the instructor mentions C-level positions. The text read “sea level” positions. There were other instances, but that one stands out.
