1- At one part the quiz asked something we were going to learn about in the next video. 2- We were assuming that CoffeeHouse didn't have an app, but then in the problem statement it said "CoffeeHouse is underutilizing their app" so I was a bit confused.

This is when things start picking up and it's great. The only thing I want to say is that Week 2-3 requires written feedback where Week 5 doesn't. Week 5 is arguably the most important one of out of all of these, that one should have written feedback

The course is more theoretical than I expected. I had to sketch, brainstorm, think which is very complex for me. Took longer than I expected. But it has many lesson that can not only be used on design process but also in real life. Thanks Google.

All the information is very useful for the investigation processes. Some terms are difficult to understand since it seems to be the same but with different words. But I think we offer enough material to delve into the issues we don't understand.

I thought that this course was a lot of fun and had a lot of great information. Although there were a few sections while learning about competitive audits that I thought lacked more details, the course overall was very informative and helpful!

We dont get a chance to resubmit our peer-reviewed assignments especially when we get graded low for our uploads. Sometimes not everything is included and some gets cut off from the upload.

Overall a great course, and fun to participate in.

The course is about empathizing with the user but it is only available in one language: English. A student who does not have advanced knowledge of English could not take the course. I think the course should be available in more languages.

Some of the activities take waaaaay longer than the timeline suggests they should! Either I am being too thorough or others arent taking this seriously enough! Either way, the content is good, I just think the activities need some work.

too many reading chapters and only videos are best, especially the Main instructor, who is super good and friendly, always teaching with a beautiful smile...I recommended more teaching videos in this course rather than reading stuff.

THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE STUDENT DIDNOT KNOW WHERE HE IS HEADING.

IF ONE STARTS THE COURSE FROM THE END BACKWARD THAT IS FIRST MAKE THE WEBSITE THEN THE APPS IN FIGMA AND ADOBE AND INSERT IT IN THE WEBSITE.

I really like the content of the course....but the lack of feedback is making it difficult to understand where I stand, which I believe is very important when you are switching careers and moving to a completely new field.

Really liked the course and learnt a good amount of things about foundation UX research. Some parts of the course were a bit too theory heavy. Some aspects of the course could have been an interactive activity or such.

excellent platform for those who are starting to get into the field of UX. Nentors really make it fun learning. really loved to be the part of this course and wish to continue further and explore more in this field.

Really good and well documented, the mentors are very friendly! I would like to see more exemplars and to have more tips about how to think out of the box to define creative solutions.

Now it's time for course #3 !

It was a very good experience to complete this course. Defiantly, I would suggest to my friends and team mates to do this course. Thank you so much for making me more confident as a UX Designer!

I really like the experience. Eventought, I would consider better differences in local contexts. Here in São Paulo I wasn't able even to download many coffee house apps, because it's still not so popular here.

The class was informative. But I wish it had a better way to stay on track with all of the cloud documents. Easily lost what I was working on if I don't have time to dedicate to it often. Nice skills learned.

Awesome course overall, keeps from being 5 stars from me simply because the estimated "time to accomplish" to make progress was not realistic given the material covered. Great depth and information covered!

However its the certificate for the UX design, there are plenty of other matters related to UX, which is good, but the UX itself as well as with the communication with peers (UI) is sometimes confusing.

A bit heavy on exposition but valuable concepts none the less, I wonder if it would have been better to mix these in with practical stuff to make them less of a slog. Would recommend it anyways.

I believe it's crucial for students in this course to give mandatory feedback on Peer Review assignments. This would provide additional viewpoints and knowledge that may otherwise go unnoticed.

It is hard to comment posts because people wrote some comments without sense. Also there were some bugs, i complete video or task and after that there are not verified that i have done that.

All in all very good! Minus one star because of the competitve anaylsis section with larger tasks. Don't think it belongs here as it is more of a fundamental business admin/management topic.
