Incomplete course. No value. No support. None of the courses in the "Splunk Search Expert Specialization" have any practice data or labs provided for learners to work along with the videos. This makes it difficult to have "active learning" in this course as you are not likely to grasp and retain any of the concepts for the lack of practice. None of the questions in these Discussion Forums have received a response from any Teaching Staff, Instructors, or Mentors. The Coursera Support Team is not of help either. They've got your money, so will not bother with a resolution.

Resources need improved such as a pdf with definitions and a usage example as well as the link to the KB would be helpful. Some hands-on labs would help as well. Otherwise was a concise high level overview of Splunk.

There are no labs, no material for labs and the testing is assuming you have hands on experience before hand.
