Pretty good course. It covers a lot of ground. And it's a very good introduction and survey to processes used in semiconductor manufacturing and you can complete the course in a couple of days. So, it's good course to start and then move on to other courses on semiconductors. So, I'd like to thank the Instructor and KAIST and Coursera for offering this course. The only negatives are (1) the quizzes are very easy, so I think completing this course and getting the certificate does not show much of any mastery of the material. And (2) instructor's English is not very good - both problems with grammar and he is sometimes hard to understand. But the slides shown do have what he is saying written. I know learning 2nd language is very hard, especially when it is so different than your native language. So, I applaud the instructor for trying, and again, what he is saying in written in the shown slides. Thanks!
