During this project, you’ll complete tasks that simulate working with customers and internal stakeholders to develop a prioritized Product Backlog. You’ll collaborate with the development team to plan a Sprint and reach the “Done” state. Plus, you’ll tackle changes and incorporate customer feedback into the product development process.
You'll use Product Owner tools and methods to balance Agile principles with practical documentation. You’ll define a goal and vision for a project, identify epics and features, and develop initial artifacts such as User Stories. You’ll practice managing Sprints, prioritizing Product Backlogs, and resolving roadblocks. You’ll create Sprint goals, determine acceptance criteria for Sprints, and develop a communication plan for stakeholders.
