The Coursera tutorial "Postman: Getting Started with API tESTING" is an excellent hands-on guide for beginners. I much prefer this Postman course over "Start Your API Testing Journey With Postman Tool" and felt this went into greater detail about Postman's features. I took two stars away though because 1) I would've preferred to have the hands-on element of using Postman along with the example website in the videos and 2) I received ZERO response to my question regarding the course website that I posted in the discussion forum (finished the course in 2 weeks).
