You will learn to build a project from the ground up, ensuring it is well-structured, realistically scheduled, and balanced against your team's capacity.

You will start by learning how to deconstruct a complex project using a Work-Breakdown Structure (WBS) and map it into a clear hierarchy of epics and stories in Jira. From there, you will dive into the mechanics of creating a timeline, applying schedules, and linking tasks to manage critical dependencies. Finally, you will learn to analyze your team’s workload to identify and flag over-allocation, preventing burnout and ensuring your timeline is achievable.
