A thorough and thoughtful view into the OKR framework and the simple, yet profound elements that make it so effective. Ryan has a delivery that is engaging and easy to follow. I found the short lectures followed by targeted reading and case studies to be easy to follow while giving me time to reflect on and apply the learning.

The course is way beyond my expectations. But it's not an easy task. The objectives for each of the modules are extensive and sometimes complex. Nevertheless, it is encouragingly challenging - you can do it, move on. I recommend it to anyone who is seeking to improve their understanding of goal setting and metrics.
