In this course, you'll continue developing your Windows 11 skills by managing files and folders. You'll also configure various settings in Windows 11, and apply best practices for securing Windows.
This is the second course in a multi-course Specialization.
All of the courses in this Specialization require that you have Windows 11 installed. The course setup instructions provided in the first course go into more detail about the hardware and software requirements.
As you have discovered, files are everywhere on a Microsoft® Windows® 11 computer. There are files that you have created while working in apps and also files that are required for the apps to run. When it comes to accessing files, you have access to files stored on your computer as well as files stored in other locations, such as OneDrive®. All these files are organized into folders to help you keep track of them. Having files in manageable locations enables you to keep them secure. In this lesson, you will manage the files and folders on your Windows 11 computer.
