Great mix of practical tips, research, and theory. Of course, I'll need to redo and actually APPLY what I learned.....But already it's been helpful.

The tips for learning effectively in this course are very helpful for me. However, some videos about neuroscience are a bit difficult to understand.

I learned a lot about how my brain works and where I was getting stuck. This is a great course for anyone to take to learn more about how you learn.
