Very useful information in this course and the entire specialisation

The Leading Teams course (part 04 of 05) in the specialization proved to be an immensely significant chapter in my learning journey. It equipped me with valuable skills in motivating teams while fostering an understanding of how individuals' cultures intersect with their performance dynamics. I gained profound insights into the intricacies of human behavior within an organizational framework, duly considering the cultural aspects that shape their approaches. These insights not only broadened my perspective but also enhanced my leadership proficiency, empowering me to guide, inspire, and achieve exceptional outcomes. An excellent course based on research. A lot of useful information. Great recommendations on how to build strong and effective teams. I also learned how to evaluate team performance and how to engage team members in processes. If you are a product manager, entrepreneur, or leader, you must take this course. What could be improved? I would like to see more examples, case studies, and stories. I would love to see examples of teams from different companies or startups. Overall, excellent. Thanks to the lecturers!

I really enjoyed this class. I liked the complexity of it all. I will draw on this class. It's good to be able to keep in this way so that I can go back to review things with time. Well done. I only recommend not use the word narotic anymore esp. due to the progress that has been made in psychology with trauma, posttraumatic stress and many other mental and emotional conditions.

I enjoyed this course very much. It is built in a very clear, and interesting way, which motivates participants not only to follow the lessons and commit to the lessons, but also to actively engage with one another. Course was in some way inspirational. I've found a few ideas from the course revealing (eg. is the brain stormig effective?) . I can honestly recommend this course for people who want to develop business skills on Leading Teams.
