It was my first experience with Coursera, the course turned out to be very rigorous. It has every mitigating detail to resource you and you'll find everything insightful. In the end, you'll have an achievement feeling as you'll be a different person with added skills & knowledge!

Excellent course. The way the course was taken through dramatized episodes was appealing. The concepts that are presented in the course will truly be useful in leading a 21st century organisation. The course also taught about the personal qualities which a leader must have.

The course is well designed and packed with very interesting real world experiences of leadership success and failures. The course provides full lecture series and videos, and articles. I really enjoyed the course and feels that the course is must to do.

This is my first course from Coursera, This course is well compiled with real time examples. Faculty are really knowledgeable and taught exactly what is required for a 21st century Leader. Its a really nice course for all Leaders.

very interesting training a pity that some document links are not anymore working and that too many subscriptions are requested to access to documents (no a problem of cost but more a problem to manage subscriptions in the time)

Leading a company is not about only the leadership, but also will counter so many kinds aspects problem. The idea is very new and helpful to know what a CEO must know and do.

Wonderful course! What I prefer the most in this course is the opportunity of developing our own Leadership Theory, with all the necessary orientation and exposures. Beneficial for leaders and would be leaders as well!

Well structured course with lots of case studies and reading materials. Few reading/video links are not available or on payment basis; this needs to be resolved.

Great course to learn key points to be a good leader, using interesting samples known by almost all of us but providing a new point of view to understand what was right or what could be better.

This is a well-researched course with very useful examples of leadership issues in a 21st Century Organization and insights on how best to tackle those issues to achieve a beneficial outcome.

Well designed program. Add few writeup more. In some week for reference have to see journals,articles which required subscription and this process stuck the applicant to compelete.

It's a very comprehensive course. I enjoyed the combination of theory with case study and scenario. I had a lot of fun discovering the new trends in the 21st century's leadership.

It was a well constructed course with emphasis on actual scenarios and a little bit of role-playing to help the student further understand the leadership concepts being taught.
