Thus far in the course all I get is - rather incoherent - displayed and read-out-loud phrases from the book in the form of 2 minute videos. It is spoken in a hard to follow accent and mistakes are made in the English language which cause unnecessary confusion. I was hoping for more given the price of the course.

The videos were not very useful. It was mainly a narrator saying exactly what was on screen without providing much clarity or examples.

The course is of very poor quality. The instructor just reads the slides. The effect is not as good as reading the book by myself. Why bother to listen to English with such a strong accent? As for the practice questions, many answers are problematic and there are too many ambiguous options. You should know that the actual ITIL4 exam is all multiplechoice questions with only 1 correct answer, and there will be no such multiple-choice questions with only 1 multiple answers, so it is meaningless.

It's not very engaging and pretty tough to listen to. It is monotonous and boring with a lot of spelling mistakes. I also feel some of the quiz question answers are incorrect and it just feels clunky on the whole. Not good

This course is good to introduce the concepts regarding ITIL v4. I knocked off 1 star as it can still be improved. Some of the practice assignments have questions in them that would only get covered by the next module that comes after the one you're being asked on.

The pace is too slow. The instructor talks too slowly, there are too many videos making you waste time watching numerous beginning and closing animations.
