Excellent course which provides an introduction to enterprise computing with IBM Z, presented in a very engaging manner by Jeff Bisti. Highly recommended for those who want to learn about mainframes.

The more I re-watch the videos, study materials the more exciting it is. I also want to thank Jeff Bisti and his team, Brenton Belmar, Mark Nelson for the captivating and passionate lectures.

Marketing and vendor exercise, nothing else for now.

The teacher seems personable, but there are SO MANY topics covered and things mentioned that if you have no exposure to a mainframe, you will be lost. A lot of the quiz questions are not covered in the lectures. I am hoping the rest of this path is spelled out a bit better...since I was not needing any experience before this.

Very dense—heavy on acronyms, light on concepts or frameworks/mental models. They could have presented this material so much more effectively. :(

I'm writing this review before I've completed this course, to let you know how it doesn't work with the Firefox web browser. This program will force you to use Chrome, and while Coursera recommends Chrome to be used, it's pathetic that you can't use this course on any browser. For an IBM course where you're paying for two subscriptions that's an even bigger insult because I can't use Firefox. If you can, avoid any course that won't work across all web browsers.

this is a good course however the presented speak relatively fast and very little graphical presentation is done during courses. Students needs to see contents such as slides, text, images during presentations and not the presenter, there is no value in seeing someone talking.

Don't know where to start... wasted my time answering question not covered in modules! Felt like a sales pitch from IBM!
